Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and order processing:

1. Order Processing Time

Once you place your order, our team gets to work right away!

  • Processing time: 1 to 3 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order is confirmed.

During sales or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

We deliver all across Pakistan, from major cities to remote areas.

  • Standard Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days after processing
  • Shipping Partner(s): Trusted local courier services (like TCS, Leopard, M&P, etc.)
  • You’ll get a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Please note: Customized or pre-booked items may take longer to ship. If there’s any delay, we’ll inform you directly.

3. Shipping Charges

We believe in transparent pricing.

  • Flat shipping rate: As shown at checkout (varies based on location or order type)
  • Free shipping: May apply on selected promotions or minimum order amounts (if active)

All charges will be clearly mentioned before you confirm your order — no hidden costs, ever.

4. International Shipping

At the moment, we’re only delivering within Pakistan.
But stay tuned — we’re working on expanding soon!

5. Delivery Attempts & Missed Orders

Our courier partners will make 2–3 delivery attempts at your address. If unreachable:

  • You’ll receive a call or message to reschedule
  • If still undelivered, the order will be returned to us

In such cases, you may need to pay for re-shipping. To avoid delays, please keep your phone active and enter accurate address details.

6. Damaged or Open Packages

If you receive a package that is:

  • Opened
  • Damaged
  • Tampered with

7. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we try our best to deliver on time, delays can sometimes occur due to:

  • Weather disruptions
  • National holidays
